The holiday season is my absolute favorite. I swear you can really feel magic in the air. I love seeing neighborhoods decked out in decorations, listening to Christmas music non-stop, drinking coffee by the fireplace at my parent's house, and going back "home" to walk around Central Park in Ashland, Kentucky to see the Christmas lights.

However, as a fashion blogger, it doesn't get much more fun than wearing festive, holiday inspired outfits! I love getting super dressed up for fancy, fabulous holiday parties, shopping at the mall for gifts in a casual, "It's Christmas, y'all" look, and even lounging around at home dressed in an over-sized, cozy sweater. Below you'll find looks to fit all these occasions and more.

Claire Cross with Claire Cross Photography shot all of these fabulous looks for my Holiday wardrobe guide. She was great to work with and we had a blast shooting at my house and at Washington Park in Downtown Cincinnati! If you need a photographer in the Dayton/Cincinnati area, Claire is your girl! Check out her blog post about our session here and her other amazing work at clairecrossphotography.com and be sure to let her know how much you love these pics in the comments on her blog!

Perfect cozy winter day at home (casual)

All you need for this cozy look is an oversized sweater (I sized up one from my normal here), a fun blanket scarf, and your favorite worn-out jeans

Sweater: American Eagle ($14.99 steal from TJMaxx) // Blanket Scarf: Ebay (Similar one linked at the bottom) Jeans: Joe Fresh // Gold Bow Flats: Sam & Libby for Target

Holiday gift shopping at the mall (casual meets dressy)

Faux fur is my favorite winter accessory, whether a scarf or vest you can put your spin on this look in endless ways! vest: Betsey Johnson // sweater: J.Crew Factory (linked at bottom) // Jewelry all linked at bottom

Claire was also able to capture this adorable photo of me and Beau! For a hyperactive, non-stop dog like him, she has a real gift to get such a great shot!

Isn't this image gorgeous! Claire seriously did amazing work!

This look is a such a easy way to look fabulous! Grab a tulle skirt, throw on a festive sweater, and fab jewelry and you are ready for a holiday party!
You'll never guess where I got this gold dipped tulle skirt.....the little kids section in Target! It was made to be a kids full length skirt, but makes a great midi option for an adult! The waist is very stretchy and so a kids XL would fit up to a women's 10-12 (rough guess)

sweater: J.Crew Factory // Skirt: Cherokee brand from Target // heels: Audrey Brooke from DSW
